About the Program

Every February, elite Pee-Wee hockey teams from around the globe converge on Quebec City for one of the sport's most storied international tournaments — and our 2014 AAA St Louis Blues are working to earn their place on that ice. Getting there takes more than talent; it takes a community willing to invest in these players' growth, character, and a once-in-a-generation experience.

That's where our sponsors come in. On January 10, 2027, we're hosting the St. Louis AAA Blues Alumni Reunion Auction and Reception at Twisted Tree Banquet Center to help close the gap between what a trip like this costs and what our families can raise on their own. Partnering with us puts your business in front of an engaged local audience while fueling a life-changing experience for the next generation of St. Louis hockey.

St. Louis Blues Youth Hockey Association is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. A W-9 and charitable contribution acknowledgment letter will be provided upon request. *Sponsors are encouraged to consult their tax advisor regarding the deductibility of their contribution.

Important Information for All Sponsors

Sponsorship Commitment Deadline

All sponsorships must be confirmed by October 15, 2026 to guarantee inclusion in team apparel production and the printed event program/ad book. Commitments received after this date cannot be guaranteed placement in print or apparel items.

Logo & Artwork Submission

Deadline: November 1, 2026

Accepted Formats: PNG or EPS preferred — minimum 300 DPI

Event Program Ad Book

In addition to sponsorships, we're producing a professionally printed Event Program Ad Book distributed to all 350+ guests at our January 10, 2027 Alumni Reunion Fundraising Event at Twisted Tree Banquet Center. The ad book will feature team photos, player spotlights, and advertisements from businesses and families who want to show their support — a lasting keepsake for everyone in attendance.

Advertising in the ad book is an affordable, meaningful way for businesses, families, and community members to be part of this journey. Every dollar raised goes directly toward sending our players to Quebec City. Ad book advertising is tax-deductible under the same 501(c)(3) status noted above.
